Adrift

For my thesis, I created an animation about a young girl who becomes stranded in dangerous waters. Inspired by the real life event of a 6-year-old me floating out far into a lake, I wanted to explore ideas of fear, loneliness, and moving on. This was animated on paper, with digital coloring and compositing in Photoshop.
